Thank you for shopping with Mili The Label. We truly appreciate your support and want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.


Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • Free of stains, odors, deodorant marks, or damage

  • Returned with original tags attached

  • Returned in original packaging (if applicable)

If an item does not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to deny the return.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Sale items / discounted items

  • Gift cardsI

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”


    Return Process

    To start a return, please contact us.

    Please include your order number and the reason for your return. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.


    Return Shipping

    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

    We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.


    Refunds

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

    If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

    Please note: Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.


    Exchanges

    We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

    If you would like a different size or item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.


    Damaged or Incorrect Items

    If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. 

    Include your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we will make it right as quickly as possible.


    Late or Missing Refunds

    If you haven’t received your refund yet:

    1. Check your bank account again

    2. Contact your credit card company (processing may take time)

    3. Contact your bank
