Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $100.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Address / Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Mili The Label is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier confirms delivery.
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local carrier or post office first.
